Care Navigation session ( 1 hour)
- These sessions provide a private session - 1:1, to help you decide if care is the next step, what to expect and how to navigate this change without guilt, to support the best outcome for your, mum/dad/relative/friend. Managing difficult Behaviour session ( 1.5 hours)
- Sessions designed to break down why your loved one is showing specific behaviour, your worries, and how we can change this/ ways to provide care to make care easier.
Good when, you don’t know why certain behaviour is happening
How to manage behaviours/situations to help make care less stressful.
Discuss different ways to communicate/distraction techniques to use, to change outcomes for the better
How to stay calm when behaviour becomes difficult

Care confidence workshop ( 4 hours - Not 1-1)
Supportive, practical in person session for carers/families navigating care decisions. ( includes light lunch and refreshments)
welcoming small - group environment ( 20 people)
Guided discussion, sharing the good, the difficult and emotional side of care ( optional participation)
Practical session - Spotting red flags, Knowing what ( good) care looks like, teaching on moving patients safely/ safe meal assistance techniques, tips and tricks to personal care

Days to be confirmed - afternoons ( 2pm - 3pm)
Sunday mornings ( 9:30 am - 10:30am)
Capped at 20 people per session ( please contact me to book, as days are subject to change weekly)
Price ( £35) - Not a 1:1 private session
Carer relaxation day ( coming soon), one sunday per month only 12 participants per session ( 11am - 3pm)
